Glossary

LMS = Learning Management System. With an LMS, you can easily create, manage and distribute courses and training material to your users.

The content can consist of digital learning activities (such as e-learning, digital tests, interactive video) but also of support for managing instructor-led courses held physically or virtually.

LXP = Learning Experience Platform. The focus is on informal and social learning, with the participants' learning experience at the centre. Typical functionality is to allow participants to contribute content themselves, receive recommendations on others' content and to be able to collaborate, share, like and comment. All to support employee-driven skills development and collaboration.
