Supporting Recotech in improving user information
NEWS |
Aleido and Recotech have taken the first steps into a growing partnership. With Aleido’s long heritage of driving information development, the new partnership starts with improving user information and exploring further digitalisation benefits for Recotech.
We are delighted to welcome Recotech in this new collaboration. Refining user information to increase customer value and enhance the user experience is at the heart of what we do. This also strengthens our presence in the aviation and aerospace industries,
says Mats Holgén, Department Manager at Aleido.
Rooted in aero engine repair since 1945, Recotech has grown into a leading manufacturer of components for demanding environments. Through product prototyping and serial manufacturing, they now deliver Ground Support Equipment for JAS Gripen aircraft and their own WingLift container handling system.
Aleido was the clear choice for our improved user manual. From the start, our collaboration has been seamless. Aleido quickly grasped our needs and delivered on them, making it an easy decision to partner with them and explore the value we can gain from digital information together.
Bo Martin Tell, CEO at Recotech.
The first project will be focused around a user manual for Recotech’s WingLift, a Container Carrier handling concept for lifting and moving containers short distances without the aid of trucks or cranes. Aleido supplies expertise in technical documentation and illustration, as well as project management and information management.
