realistic sales dialogues
A salesperson who understands the customer's reality is worth their weight in gold. With the help of AI, we can now let a course participant have a conversation with an avatar that reacts/responds directly to what the participant says. The avatar simply ‘knows’ how a customer usually reacts in a sales conversation and formulates its answers based on that, but also based on what the course participant says. A completely new form of learning that puts the participant directly into the real world. This is a solution that works in many different types of training programmes.
Personalised feedback is always preferred
If you ask course participants to write something in a free text field - a reflection for example - most of them expect feedback. Due to lack of resources, the answers are often generic. But not anymore! Backed-up by AI, we can give each participant personalised feedback on what they have written.
And if you want participants to be able to share each other's reflections, AI can solve another challenge: it can be trained to recognise and remove frivolous text. A kind of moderating function.
