For the last two years, home appliance retailer Elon and Aleido have worked together to update and improve the manuals for Elon’s brand Elvita, which offers kitchen appliances and lighting.
The time has come for yet another step in the brand’s development – fully digital, web-based manuals, which makes it easier for users to find what they are looking for right away, for example in their smartphones. The new manuals improve the customer experience and can make service more efficient as Elon gets access to feedback and statistics about what and how the product information is being used. To deliver the digital experience (or web-based manuals), Aleido is using its digital distribution platform, Lodges.
With these new digital manuals, Elon gets in touch with its customer in a new way. By understanding what the customers are looking for, you can focus on making improvements that people actually need.
