THE TRAINING NEED

Mind and SAMH (the Scottish Association for Mental Health), partnered with Co-op to create a 90-minute e-learning course developed by Aleido. This engaging program builds confidence through community conversations about mental health, forming a key component of Co-op’s initiative to enhance mental wellbeing by bringing communities together.

Specific requirements of the e-learning included:

Focus on giving confidence to initiate mental health conversations.
Organised into bite-sized topics that are accessible through a main menu.
Incorporation of video and audio elements.

OUR BESPOKE LEARNING SOLUTION

The engaging e-learning course gives learners the confidence and tools they needed to initiate meaningful mental health conversations. Rather than being formal training, it normalises experiences and challenges stigma, helping learners to understand how societal factors impact mental health and how it’s perceived by others. The course empowers everyone to comfortably start, manage, and close these important conversations.

This intuitive, confidence-building program delivers bite-sized, informative content through an accessible menu format where all topics remain open – functioning like a practical toolkit for users.

To connect with diverse audiences, the course features short, relatable videos and audio elements representing the broad communities that Mind, SAMH and their partners serve. All visuals and content reflect inclusive representation throughout.
