A TNA is designed to gauge what training is needed for new employees or to identify and find solutions to specific performance problems, new systems, tasks or technologies, or can sometimes be organisation-wide.

By identifying the overall aims and objectives of an organisation or project and the profiles, jobs and tasks of employees involved in delivery, we can tailor training activities to the meet the needs of your people and your business.
