At Aleido UK, we are about 100 people working from our office based in Warwick, West Midlands.

Learning and development
Our learning culture helps us break new grounds, by encouraging people to develop new skills, share insights and embrace continuous learning. Learning is more than taking a course occasionally. - Contribution & development dialogues: We have a process for the dialogue betweenyou, the employee, and managers about development. This is your chance to communicate your ambitions and learning needs, and your manager can find ways to support you.
- LEAP (Learning Aleido Platform) is our learning platform which is your go-to place for all learning activities. Here, you can find custom-built digital courses, attend recorded webinars, or sign up for face-to-face workshops.
- Skills Development Days: We arrange seminars and workshops in areas that are of extra importance to us. It’s an opportunity for everyone to develop in our key areas and learn together with people from all over the organisation.
- Competence sharing – In several of our competence areas, we utilise networks to share experiences and best practices. These networks are the place to go when you have a quick question you want help with, or when you have a topic for discussion.
Career/Roles/Competencies
Within Aleido we have a number of key competence groups. Our core roles within the Aftermarket business are Technical Authors and Technical Illustrators. Within our Learning Solutions business, we primarily employ E-Learning Developers and Learning Designers. Both business areas are supported by Project Management roles, and Subject Matter Experts. Whether you are starting out on your career path or you a technical expert, at Aleido we value different perspectives and the breadth of experiences our employees bring.
