Flexible and fair fees

We have a transparent business model, based on our confidence in the value our solutions bring. As an example, our component content management system, which we use in many of our functional outsourcing setups, has no fixed licensing costs: The fee is based on how much you use the tool. We want you to get value from our solutions - not be tied up in subscriptions for tools you don’t use.

We develop portals and apps with hundreds of thousands of users in industries as varying as home appliance, automotive, heavy machinery and agriculture. All customers are at different stages on their digitalisation journey and we expand our digital information solutions continuously to make every step easier. When you subscribe to our SaaS solutions, you can benefit from all our developments. Our user portals, apps and content delivery platform are built on Microsoft Azure, to give you a secure and globally available solution that is possible to expand if new needs arise. More functions, modules and channels can also be added over time.

Getting started with our system solutions is done in two steps. The implementation itself is often a separate project. It’s a quick and smooth process, based on your organisation’s needs. The implementation is followed by an overall commitment from us. Besides access to our system solutions, the commitment also includes:

  • Development, Quality Assurance and Live environment
  • Hosting of content and applications
  • Maintenance and continuous development and improvements
  • Support
  • Reports and analysis of user behaviour and feedback (e.g. to identify and prioritise development areas)
