Liberty Global – Anti-corruption Training

Refresh of the existing Anti-Corruption e-learning to update the learning content and visual style.

THE TRAINING NEED

Liberty Global aimed to update their suite of compliance training by refreshing the content and enhancing the overall appearance for a renewed experience.

Specific requirements of the e-learning included:

As it is mandatory compliance training, the desire was to make it interesting and straightforward.
It required the inclusion of an assessment to confirm a minimum understanding of the contents, and translation into several other languages.

OUR BESPOKE LEARNING SOLUTION

Our solution focuses on acquainting employees with the Liberty Global Anti-Corruption policy, expectations of behaviour, and available support channels. To make this mandatory training engaging we included interactive components, an ever-present progress bar for convenient learning, and hyperlinks for immediate access to additional resources. The module concludes with a scenario-based assessment to enable practical application of the Liberty Global Anti-Corruption policy.

Adhering to Liberty Global's brand guidelines, we revamped the visual style, utilising custom iconography and person-centred images from their media library. The entire module aligns with their brand colours, providing a modern touch while avoiding generic stock photography.
