Mind – Workplace Wellbeing Snapshot

An interactive e-learning guide to Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Snapshot.

The training need

Mind has been committed to making sure that everyone experiencing a mental health problem can access the support they need and is treated with the respect they deserve. Originally, Mind had a ‘Workplace Wellbeing Index’ which is the product they use to monitor and evaluate the workplace wellbeing of employees in organisations. This is quite a lengthy and involved process, so there was a need for a condensed version.

Mind developed a new survey based on a combination of researched academic workplace wellbeing frameworks and produced the “Workplace Wellbeing Snapshot” where an organisation can gain insight into their employees’ wellbeing within 9 weeks.

Aleido were commissioned to develop an e-learning course where the process of the Snapshot would be explained in a straightforward but exciting manner.

Specific requirements of the e-learning included:

Universal, inclusive and future-proof language for a broad and diverse audience.
Modular learning approach to improve engagement and accessibility.
User-friendly navigation with clear navigation to aid usability and learner experience.

Our bespoke learning solution

Collaborating closely with the client, Aleido designed and developed a 30-minute bespoke e-learning course to introduce and explain their new product, the “Workplace Wellbeing Snapshot”.

This course was aimed at organisations that have a keen interest in carrying out a workplace wellbeing check by using the Snapshot. There is a diverse target audience, from a variety of different organisations, that can vary in size, sector, location, and motivation. As a result, the language and design of the Snapshot e-learning needs to be universal, inclusive and as future-proof as possible.

The course is broken down into six interactive mini modules that guide the learners through the Snapshot process. Each module boasts a helpful navigation screen for ease of use and provides essential information, resources, and useful tips to help successfully deliver the snapshot within their organisation.

Mind has a strong brand that spans visual identity and tone of voice. We captured both elements by featuring attractive and colourful illustrations throughout each module, and writing in Mind’s friendly and informative tone of voice. This includes a high-impact animation that gives an overview of the Snapshot process.
