The training need

Maiden Voyage is passionate about travel safety. The pandemic brought a new set of norms and challenges to business travel, making the landscape dynamic and changeable. It was important to keep up to date with advice to remain safe and well.

Motivated by the pandemic and already experts in diverse traveller safety, Maiden Voyage recognised that there was a need to create a resource where practical tools and advice were provided to business travellers.

Specific requirements of the e-learning included:

A contemporary and engaging e-learning module accompanied by an assistance pack.
An animation suitable for all experiences in business travel.

Our bespoke learning solution

Working collaboratively with Maiden Voyage, Aleido developed a modern, and dynamic e-learning animation.

The 10-minute animation covers eleven topics delivering an array of learning points. It covers all aspects of COVID-19 related travel risks including how the risk of infection can be reduced at each stage of the journey. Learners will be better prepared before, during and after their trip to keep themselves, their loved ones and their colleagues safe and well. This module is accompanied by a COVID-19 Managers’ Assistance Pack to better support their business travellers.

The colourful and lively animation is built for a diverse audience of both experienced and inexperienced business travellers.

The module was subsequently customised for one of Maiden Voyage's global clients reaching thousands of learners.
