THE TRAINING NEED

Travel safety training is a fundamental part of protecting those who travel on business. Maiden Voyage is identified that there was a need for an inclusive travel safety series of modules to support businesses in helping their employees safely navigate the world of business travel.

OUR BESPOKE LEARNING SOLUTION

Aleido collaborated with Maiden Voyage to create a series of short, engaging animated modules that provide employees with practical travel guidance to enhance their safety, security and well-being before, during and after their trips.

This inclusive travel safety series covers:

Preparing to Travel – Assessing the geopolitical and socioeconomic climate, as well as the inherent risks of the destination.
Air and Ground Transportation – Exploring how travellers can protect themselves both in the air and on the ground.
Hotel Safety – Identifying specific risks that may rise in hotel settings.

Each animation lasts approximately 10 minutes. Using Vyond, we brought these lessons to life with customisable characters and diverse environments. To ensure accessibility, these modules are available in multiple formats, including MP4 integration into organisational travel apps and corporate intranets, as well as SCORM for deployment via learning management systems.
