International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) – Governance: Communicating with Member States

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) required an e-learning course that would provide their staff with information on IFAD’s governance structure, including the composition and mandates of the main governing bodies.

THE TRAINING NEED

The course was essential for new recruits unfamiliar with IFAD governance, as well as existing IFAD staff seeking a concise refresher on the subject. Building on a successful collaboration with IFAD on previous e-learning initiatives, Aleido was entrusted with the design and delivery of this training.

Specific requirements of the e-learning included:

A short assessment of 15 questions with an 80% pass rate.
Certificate upon successful completion.
