The training need

Mind’s current solution, launched in 2018, had been very beneficial and served Mind well. However, branding and accessibility requirements have since changed and there was an opportunity to completely refresh the suite of modules.

Specific requirements of the e-learning included:

To design and develop a refreshed suite of e-learning modules covering ‘Workplace Wellbeing’ that were compliant with Mind’s new branding.
Ensure that the modules are accessible via a wide range of devices and move forward with their digital transformation strategy.

Our bespoke learning solution

The two interactive e-learning courses, Mental Health Awareness and Managing Mental Health at Work, are both split into shorter modules, clearly structured and focused on key messages and important learning points.

The target audience varies between the two courses, with the Mental Health Awareness course appealing to all learners across all types of organisations, regardless of size and sector. This course focuses on raising awareness of mental health and workplace wellbeing within an organisation. The Managing Mental Health at Work course is aimed at any manager within any sector or organisation. This course focuses on the role of the manager in helping to support both their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of the people they manage.
