The training need

AGCO, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural vehicles and machinery, commissioned Aleido to create a 30-minute systems training course on its new web review tool, Athena. This course provides learners with step-by-step guidance on using Athena effectively and efficiently to complete essential tasks like opening content for review, sending feedback and how to view attributes.

Specific requirements of the e-learning included:

A 30-minute e-learning course introducing a new software package.
Interactive system walkthroughs, guided practice and a simulated assessment.

Our bespoke learning solution

We created an engaging introduction to the software that focuses on real use cases. It includes interactive system walkthroughs (‘show me’), guided practice (‘try me’) and simulations of key functions (‘test me’) to ensure that learners can familiarise themselves with the system in a safe environment.

Our graphics team devised an attractive and brand compliant interface which helps to enhance engagement with the training and the interface incorporates intuitive navigation.

The course concludes with a short assessment that tests learner understanding and challenges them to complete simulated work-based tasks using the system.
