Greene King – leading inclusively

Digitally transforming content for self-paced and responsive delivery.

The training need

Aleido were selected by diversity and inclusion experts, INvolve, to design and build an e-learning solution for their client, Greene King. The aim was to convert essential topics such as prejudice, discrimination and intersectionality from face-to-face workshops into an engaging, inclusive suite of courses aimed at driving inclusivity through action while fostering allyship and advocacy.

Specific requirements of the e-learning included:

An 8-module e-learning course, including bespoke photography and videography.
Talking-head videos to give a welcoming and immersive learning experience.
Scenario-based activities that prompt the learner to apply critical thinking.

Our bespoke learning solution

Our design and development teams worked closely with INvolve and Greene King representatives to transform content that had originally been developed for face-to-face workshops into material that was optimised for self-paced digital delivery. Our graphic artists ensured that the visual approach reflected the diversity of the target audience and the content of the course, while the development team worked to create a truly responsive course which functions seamlessly across a range of different devices.
