A global leader within automated logistics solutions saw an increasing interest in their products. With customers in healthcare and retail all over the world, they needed to make sure that employees and service technicians could quickly get the knowledge they needed - without having to rely on in-house experts.

A new strategy

Previously, much of the knowledge transfer took place in classrooms and through expert-led training. This created bottlenecks and limited scalability: training was time-consuming, expensive and difficult to make available globally.
