Need for digitalisation

Sandvik, a global leader in equipment and tools for infrastructure and mining, faces the challenge of future-proofing training and aftermarket information for its complex machines. The traditional methods of instructor-led training and printed manuals are no longer sustainable, especially for a company of Sandvik’s scale.

In parallel, we are working to digitalise operator manuals, maintenance information and spare parts catalogues, providing technicians with constant access to up-to-date data.
